Fulfills my requirements - 
I've been very happy with this item. It snapped together easily and it holds my pool items well. There's more space than I had imagined. My kids sit on it and I feel comfortable perching on it as well. Having said that, please use common sense - it's not meant to hold Andre the Giant. I had looked at more sturdy (and much more expensive) boxes and ultimately chose this one. I have chairs to sit on - this I use to hold and hide the pool toys. My kids have no problem opening and closing it.

KEEPS THINGS DRY -
We bought this product to hold our pool towels outside on the deck. We have had steady rain for about 2 weeks and our towels are as dry as a bone. The seat comes in handy,the size is perfect and it took a minute to put together. This was a great purchase.
Nice to Keep Patio Tidy -
I would recommend this. Easy to assemble, and large enough. Now I have something to hold all those bits and pieces that accumulate, from tools to workshoes, plastic bottles and even a bag of mulch.

Fast and easy to put together. Construction is good by not great. Lid doen't fit very tight.

Good storage and a nice place to sit -
I actually bought this product so UPS, USPS & FEDEX would have a larger place to put parcels. I live in the country and have dogs so sometime we miss deliveries or the drivers don't want to get out of their vehicle. The storage seat allows them to pull right up and deliver parcels. Plus, I have a seat outside when I'm gardening. It's a win win all the way around. I was an inexpensive solution to a problem.
I would recommend this Storage Seat to family and friends.
